Company Brain Alternatives, Compared

Everything people try first, priced for a team of 10. I set up Claude for a living, so each page also says where the other option wins.

Every AI platform here can run work on a schedule now, and most can share instructions across a team. None of them comes with someone who writes down how your company works, builds the jobs around it and gets your team using them. That's the part I do, on standard Claude Team. Watch it work.

What is a company brain?
An AI with your company's context, connections to your tools and skills for the jobs you repeat, so it answers questions about your business and then does the work. The full explanation, with what's inside mine.
What do I get when you set up Claude?
Standard Claude Team, set up for one team of up to 20, or Claude Enterprise for a bigger company. I write down how your company works (your rules, prices, process and voice) and put it on every seat. I set up enterprise search, a project for each client, and automated workflows that draft proposals and follow-ups overnight from your calls and real prices, then get everyone connected and trained. It never sends anything on its own. From $3,997. One job live by day 14 and your team using it weekly by day 30, or your money back.
How is your setup different from Claude's enterprise search?
Enterprise search answers when someone asks, from whatever each person can open in your connected apps. My setup runs on the same Claude seats and also drafts proposals and follow-ups overnight, from sources filed by client, following one set of your rules. The details.
Why are prices for a team of 10?
Most of these charge per seat and my setup doesn't, so a per-seat price next to a one-time price tells you nothing. Ten people for one year makes them comparable. Your Claude seats are counted in my setup's number, because it runs on them.
Can I use your Claude setup with the tools I already pay for?
Usually, yes. Claude connects to Gmail or Outlook, Google Drive or SharePoint, Slack, Notion, QuickBooks and recorders like Fireflies and Granola, and the jobs I set up only write drafts. You can keep Copilot in Word or ChatGPT for brainstorming. They just won't share its memory.
