Claude Setup Consultants, Compared
Setting up Claude for a company is its own job now, and a few people sell it. I'm one of them. Here's what each one includes and costs, from their own pages, and where each one beats mine.
Written by Gabe Pérez, who sets up Claude for small teams. Prices checked October 26, 2026.
Pick another consultant if
- Your team is past 20 people, up to 150 (WotAI)
- Your developers need Claude Code set up and managed too (WotAI)
- You want one IT provider running your Claude and your computers (Wellforce)
Have me set it up if
- You want the price before the first call
- You want your money back if your team isn't using it by day 30
- You want to know who does the work: me, by name
Side by Side
Done-for-you setups only, as each seller describes them.

| Gabe Pérez (me) | $3,997 for the first 3 teams, then $5,997 | Up to 20; bigger, scoped on a call | One job live by day 14 and your team using it weekly by day 30, or your money back | A day-30 check, then optional Release care at $997 a month |
| WotAI | Not published. A paid diagnostic first, then a quote | 2 to 150 people | A free revision if the plan misses its criteria | A retainer of about 5 hours a week, price not published |
| Strategized: Team Setup | From $7,500 for you plus 2; $1,000 for a fourth person | 2 to 4 people | Not stated | 30 days of questions; support from $1,200 a month |
| Strategized: Company Rollout | From $12,500 for 5 people; $1,000 each up to 10 | 5 to 10 people | Not stated | A 30-day review; support from $1,200 a month |

| Wellforce | From $2,500 | Not stated | Not stated | A day-30 adoption check; a managed plan, not priced |
The $3,997 setup pays for itself once your team gets back 80 hours. That's one workday each for 10 people, if an hour of their time is worth $50.

Where They Win
Depending on your team, one of them may fit better than I do.
What they do better
- WotAI takes teams of up to 150, and sets up Claude Code for your developers.
- Strategized runs bigger rollouts in paid stages, and you can stop after any of them.
- Justin McKelvey sells a self-paced course for $397 with a 30-day money-back guarantee, if you'd rather do it yourself.
- Wellforce is an IT provider, so the people running your computers can run your Claude.
- I'm newer at selling this. The founding price is for my first 3 teams.
Where my setup falls short
- It's Claude only. If your team won't give up ChatGPT or Copilot, you'd pay for both.
- It moves with Anthropic. When they change a feature, the setup has to change with it: your team does that, or I do on Release care.
- One person does it: me. You're betting on my calendar, which is why the guarantee comes with all your money back.
- It's priced for one team of up to 20. A bigger company, on Claude Team or Enterprise, gets scoped on a call, and needs someone in IT who owns permissions.
- It drafts and never sends. Someone still reads every proposal before it goes out.
- If someone on your team already lives in Claude and has the hours, coaching for $1,997 gets you most of the way.
Anthropic's own rollout guide says "IT flipping the switch and sending an email isn't a rollout." Whoever you hire, ask what happens if your team isn't using it a month later. What a setup should add.
