Does it send anything on its own?
No. Every job ends in a draft, a file or a list in your account. You read it and you send it.
Do I need Claude Code?
No. My company runs these in Claude Code because we like scripts checking the rules. Yours run in the regular Claude app, with the same skills and connectors. If a job needs a script (some bank imports do), I'll say so first.
Were the client jobs set up the same way?
Not all of them. Some were custom builds, from before Claude could do this in a normal account. Today I'd set most of them up in your own Claude, and if yours needs more, you'll hear it from me first.
What goes wrong?
Volume, mostly. Ours created 1,042 tasks before we capped it. Each job I set up starts small, and you see what it made before your team does.
Is it safe to connect my email and files?
Mostly, if it's set up right. I wrote up what each connector can see and do, so you can check before you connect anything.
