This site belongs to me, Gabriel J. Pérez Irizarry (Gabe). I decide what happens to the information on it. Use the contact form to ask me about anything on this page.
What you send me
I only get this if you fill in a form or write to me.
- Free call and Proposal by Morning forms: your name, work email, what you write in the message box, and which offer you came from.
- Hand Off One Job form: your work email, website, which job you picked, and the file or text you send. Please blank out client and customer names first.
- Team check and setup plan: your answers and your plan. Your email and first name are optional. If you give them, you get one email from me and no newsletter unless you ask for one.
- Email: if we end up writing to each other, what you write and your address.
Each form also sends where you first came from, like a LinkedIn post or another website. Your browser keeps that note and adds it when you send a form.
What the site measures
- Google Analytics tells me how people use the site. It records the pages you open, what you click and fill in on the demo and forms (not what you type), your device and browser, your rough location, and the site or campaign that sent you. It sets cookies in your browser (such as
_ga) to recognize a returning visitor. Your IP address reaches Google, which uses it to estimate your location. I keep this data for 14 months. It doesn’t load if your browser sends Do Not Track, and you can also block it with Google’s opt-out add-on. Google explains what it does with this data on its own page. - Audacy Creator Lab is a measurement script for podcast campaigns. It loads on every page and doesn’t check Do Not Track.
- The visitor counter in the footer stores one number, not who you are.
- Your browser’s storage holds things like your guide progress, checklist ticks and game scores. They stay on your device. Clearing your site data removes them.
Who handles it
These companies process information for me. All are based in the US, so your information may be handled there.
- Netlify hosts the site, runs its server logs and stores form submissions and files.
- Google runs Analytics, the reCAPTCHA spam check on the free call and Hand Off One Job forms, and my email.
- Audacy runs the script above.
- Anthropic: I use my Claude account to build your Hand Off One Job setup from the example you send, and to do client work you’ve hired me for.
- Zoom runs our call, if we have one.
I don’t sell your information or share it for anyone else’s advertising.
How long I keep it
- Hand Off One Job files and text: I delete them from Netlify and my Claude account when your build goes out.
- Other form submissions and email: as long as the conversation or our work continues, then as long as I need them for my records. Ask and I’ll delete anything I’m not required to keep.
- Google Analytics: 14 months.
When we work together
Paid setups run in your own Google or Microsoft account and your own Claude account. What’s in those accounts stays under your control and your agreements with those companies. I keep no copies, and I’ll sign an NDA. The terms cover the rest.
Why I’m allowed to use it
If privacy law in the EU or UK applies to you, these are my grounds: replying to what you asked for and doing work you hired me for, and my legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used and keeping spam out of the forms.
What you can ask for
Use the contact form to see, correct, export or delete what I hold about you, or to object to how I use it. I’ll answer within 30 days. If you’re in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
This site is for businesses and isn’t meant for anyone under 16.
