As Fractional CTO, I joined CITYROW during a critical growth phase following their Series A funding. The company had successfully evolved from a boutique fitness studio into a venture-backed digital fitness platform, requiring strategic technical leadership to scale their technology infrastructure and product offerings. My role was instrumental in optimizing their digital platform, which combined premium WaterRower hardware with innovative software solutions, ultimately contributing to their successful acquisition by WaterRower in January 2024.
