Terms and Guarantee

Last updated November 1, 2026

These terms are between you and me, Gabriel J. Pérez Irizarry (Gabe). You can reach me through the contact form. I sell to businesses, not to people buying for personal use.

Using this site

Read it, share it and quote it with a link back. The writing and images are mine unless they say otherwise.

The guides, safety posts and connector table are general information from my own testing and vendors’ documents. They aren’t legal, security or compliance advice, and vendors change their products. Check anything that matters against the vendor before you rely on it.

The guarantee

There’s one guarantee for each offer. Both clocks start at the kickoff.

Claude setup. By day 14, one agreed job runs in your Claude account on your real work and produces a draft for your team to review. If it doesn’t, you get all the money you paid me for the setup.

Proposal by Morning. By day 7, Claude drafts proposals from your real calls, at your prices, in your Claude account. If it doesn’t, you get all the money you paid me for Proposal by Morning.

What I need from you. At the kickoff we agree in writing which job it is and what access and material I need. Each day I’m waiting on something on that list doesn’t count toward the deadline. If the job is missed because I never got it, the guarantee doesn’t apply.

How to claim. Tell me, by reply to our last email or through the contact form, within 30 days of the deadline. You don’t have to argue your case: if the job wasn’t running by the deadline, you get the refund. I send it the same way you paid, within 14 days.

You keep what I built. A refund doesn’t take back the manual, the setup or anything else in your accounts.

What it doesn’t cover.

  • Your Claude seats and other subscriptions, which you pay to those companies and not to me.
  • Whether your team keeps using it, or the business results you get from it. I control the job going live, so that’s what I guarantee.
  • A job that was live on time and stopped later because an account, a connector or a vendor changed.
  • Coaching and Release care, which have no guarantee. In coaching, you keep what you built.

Hiring me

Before we start, I confirm the offer, price, scope and dates by email. Where that email differs from this page, the email wins. A signed contract wins over both.

Payment. I reply with how to pay, and payment is due before the kickoff unless we agree otherwise. Prices don’t include taxes that apply to your purchase.

Release care. It’s monthly and optional. Tell me to stop it, and it ends when the month you’ve paid for ends.

Rescheduling. Tell me as soon as you know you can’t make a session, and we’ll move it.

Your accounts and your work

You own your accounts, your data and what comes out of the work: the manual, the setup and the drafts. I keep the right to reuse my general methods and know-how, without anything confidential of yours.

You’re responsible for having the right to give me access to what you share, and for how you use Claude under your agreement with Anthropic. When the work is over, you can remove my access.

I keep what you show me confidential. If you want an NDA, I’ll sign one.

Free offers

Hand Off One Job, the team check, the setup plan, the demo and the guides are free, and what you get from them is yours to keep. They come as they are, with no guarantee. I may stop or change them.

The Hand Off One Job price is honest feedback, and a quote if it works. Tell me if you don’t want your quote used.

Drafts need a person

Claude makes mistakes. Everything I set up produces drafts for a person to read before they go anywhere. You decide what gets sent, and you’re responsible for it.

If something goes wrong

Except where the law doesn’t allow me to limit it, my total liability for anything connected with the work is capped at what you paid me for that work, and neither of us is liable to the other for lost profits or other indirect losses. Nothing here removes rights the law says can’t be waived.

Changes

When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. The version in force on the day we confirmed your work is the one that applies to it.
